Atlantis-France proposes one of the thinnest paper in the world made by an experienced manufacturer, Gangolf Ulbricht. Located in Berlin, Germany, Gangolf Ulbricht manufactures first rate papers following traditional methods.
With its thinness and lightness Berlin Tissue is an extraordinary paper. Weighing 2 g/m2 only, it is ideal when a restoration requires the use of an exceptionally thin paper. Made from Japanese traditional fibers, Koso and Mitsumata and buffered, "Berlin Tissue" is sold in 10-sheet packs (size 300 X 420mm). The fibers used have an excellent mechanical stability, they produce a fine and flexible paper that remains strong. Used on the back of a thin document, the readability of the front will be perfectly preserved.
